Never we had, never we will control the natural disasters, and it just appear that with the time nature just hit us harder every time. 

After that dark night of September when Cabo was under winds of 125 mph, many places and hearts were devastated and uncertainty was reflected in our eyes.

New projects are opening in the next 15 or 18 months, such as:

JW Marriott Los Cabos - a 300 rooms opening in Puerto Los Cabos offering you a private marina and the 18 holes of Golf Course designed by Niklaus. And a little surprise for the gourmet ones!! Among other restaurants, there will be one "Café des Artistes" by the famous Chef Thierry Blouet. 

Hard Rock Cabo - Opening in 2016 this great resort will be located in amazing beach within a land of  54,000 sq.ft. giving Cabo another great option for tourists that like the rock and roll vibe, amazing restaurants and multiple entertainment venues.

Also opening The Cape a Thompson Hotel and Ritz Carlton and many more! Making a total of 3,531 new room hotels or villas. That really must tell us something about the expectations of international companies on this amazing place.

This is not it, also banks, telephone offices, restaurants, they all have been remodeled... even the cinema theater in Sendero Mall is new. I just was there and really appreciated the new screens, seats, high image quality, the smell of new and the excellent service of Cinepolis.
